- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup Barkeep Vodka
- ¼ cup Limoncello
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp cold water
- Thin lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir until fully dissolved.

Let cool slightly, then mix in Barkeep Vodka, Limoncello, lemon juice, and cold water.

Pour into mini shot cups arranged in a muffin tin or on a tray.
