  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup Barkeep Vodka
  • ¼ cup Limoncello
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp cold water
  • Thin lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Let cool slightly, then mix in Barkeep Vodka, Limoncello, lemon juice, and cold water.
  3. Pour into mini shot cups arranged in a muffin tin or on a tray.
  4. Chill 2–4 hours until set.
  5. Garnish with thin lemon slices before serving.
