Crisp, refreshing, and light—cool cucumber, bright lime, and a bubbly finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Barkeep Vodka
  • 3/4 oz cucumber juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice (a little under ½ oz)
  • ¾ oz soda water
  • Mint sprig + honeydew melon ball, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker (or glass), combine vodka, cucumber juice, simple syrup, and lime juice with ice.
  2. Shake (or stir) briefly, then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda water
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a honeydew melon ball.

Quick hosting-style build: Add everything to the glass over ice, stir, then top with soda.
