- ¾ cup simple syrup
- ¾ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ cups soda water

Instructions
- In a large pitcher or beverage dispenser, combine vodka, cucumber juice, simple syrup, and lime juice.
- Add soda water right before serving (or top each glass for the freshest bubbles).
- Serve over ice and garnish with a mint sprig and a honeydew melon ball.
