Blood Orange Mule (single serving)

- 2 oz Barkeep Vodka
- 5 oz blood orange juice
- juice of about ½ lime (¾ oz fresh lime juice)
- 2–3 oz ginger beer, to top
- Fresh rosemary sprig and slice of ginger, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Directly in a copper mug, combine vodka, blood orange juice, and lime juice with ice. Stir to chill.
- Top with ginger beer and give a gentle stir.
- Add a rosemary sprig and thin slice of ginger to garnish (optional)
