The Blood Orange Mule is vibrant, refreshing, and wonderfully festive. This holiday favorite combines fresh, in-season ingredients that truly highlight the flavors of the season.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (~3 ¼) Barkeep Vodka
  • 8 ½ cups blood orange juice
  • Juice from 8 limes (about 1 cup fresh lime juice)
  • Ginger beer, for topping each glass
  • Sliced ginger and fresh rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the vodka, blood orange juice, and lime juice.
  2. When serving, top each glass with ginger beer and garnish with sliced ginger, a sprig of rosemary and/or a lime wedge.
  3. Set up a display with cocktail cups, ginger beer and sliced ginger next to the pitcher for a festive touch.
