Produced from 100% premium Indiana corn, 6x distilled, then processed in small batches utilizing a patented pressure filtration process also founded in Indiana. The final product is then bottled in our artisan distillery owned and operated in Indianapolis.
The premium Indiana corn base in Barkeep produces a natural sweetness in the final product, more so than spirits produced from other grains. This natural sweetness actually enhances the flavors of fresh ingredients, eliminating the need for adding sugary mixers to your cocktails.
